Books for Sale

The Friends raise money to purchase books and periodicals, and to fund library programs for adults and kids, primarily by selling gently-used books that have been donated by the community.


Visit our Book Shop, located on the library level, to browse through hundreds of titles, both fiction and non-fiction, for adults as well as children. Our Book Shop is open:

  1. •  Monday - Wednesday, 1 - 4pm

  2. •  Thurday, 1 - 6pm

  3. •  Friday & Saturday, 1 - 4pm


Peruse an even larger volume of books at our monthly Book Sales, located both in the Book Shop and in the sorting room (street level), from 10am - 1pm, on these dates in 2013

Looking for a particular title? Find a complete list of the books the Friends are currently selling, online, at www.amazon.com/shops/folbooks or on eBay at “folbooks.” If you find a title you like and can pick it up from our shop, we’ll give you a 10% discount off the listed price.
